On the one hand, we collect your data by you communicating it to us directly, e.g. via the contact form. If you provide us with personal data via this form, this is voluntary.

On the other hand, data is automatically collected by the provider when the website is visited. This is referred to as server log files. They are sent to us by your browser. This data includes the operating system used, browser type, browser version, time of the request, IP address, host name of the accessing computer and the website accessed by the user’s system via our website.

The automated storage of data in so-called log files takes place for a maximum of 7 days. Storage beyond this period is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or anonymized so that it is no longer possible to identify the accessing client. Even data voluntarily transmitted by you will only be stored for as long as required by law.

You have the right to revoke, delete, complete or correct your data or to restrict its processing at any time – insofar as this is possible within the framework of the statutory provisions.

YouTube

Our website uses plugins from the Google-operated YouTube site. The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited.

If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

The use of YouTube is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR represent.

Google Web Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. The Google Fonts are installed locally. A connection to Google servers does not take place.

OpenStreetMap

We use the open source map service “OpenStreetMaps” (also known as “OSM”) from the OpenStreetMap Foundation, 132 Maney Hill Road, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B72 1JU, United Kingdom. OSM is used to provide an interactive map on our website that shows you how to find and reach us. This service enables us to display our website in an appealing way by loading map material from an external server. The following data is transmitted to the OSM server during the display: The page of our website that you have visited and the IP address of your device. The legal basis for the processing of your data in relation to the “OSM” service is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter f) GDPR (legitimate interest in data processing). The legitimate interest arises from our need for an appealing presentation of our online offer and the easy findability of the places indicated on our homepage.

There are several places on our website where you can contact us directly. By sending the contact form or an e-mail to us, you agree to the processing and storage of the data you have entered (in particular your e-mail address).
